Wally's Party Factory sponsoring Angel Tree for Boles Children's ...

ROCKWALL ? Wally?s Party Factory is hosting an in-store angel tree through Dec. 15 that benefits Boles Children?s Home in Quinlan.

Boles Children?s Home is one of two residential facilities that Arms of Home operates to aid at-risk children and single mothers.

According to its website, ?most children in care are between the ages of 10 and 17. Children are placed in the Home because their family has become unable to provide for their needs. This may be due to family factors such as ill health, other destabilizing occurrences, or excessive needs of the child due to emotional or behavioral problems.?

?Single-parent mothers and their children come to the program in search of basic needs, safety, and stability while acquiring vocational training and skills in managing their family.?

To participate in the Angel Tree event, participants choose an angel from the tree to obtain a child?s name, and purchase a new item requested by the child. Return the item in a gift bag with the angel attached by December 15th and it will be delivered by Wally?s to a child at Boles.

?Christmas should be a time of anticipation and joy, especially for children.? said Walter Erwin, President of Wally?s Party Factory. ?We hope the angel tree program will brighten the holidays for the families and children at Boles Children?s home and give our customers and co-workers an opportunity to share in the season of joy and giving.?

Wally?s Party Factory has a company-wide commitment of appreciation for those that serve our community and nation by offering a 10% in-store discount to educators and members of the armed forces.
