LEGO CLASSES
These fun hands-on classes let kids explore the world of mechanics, technology and computer programming through the interactive LEGO Mindstorms robot system. Robots are a great way to have fun learning Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. High level computer and mechanical and concepts are easy and fun in the context of robot games and creative real world problems to solve. All robot hardware, programming software and computers are provided. Instructed by robot master Grant Prasher.
INTRODUCTION TO ROBOTS
Motors, gears, robots and more! Kids will learn how to build and drive a LEGO robot. Great for kids that like creative thinking, technology, computers and building toys. No prior experience necessary, kids with any level of experience will not be bored with the open ended challenges.

ADVANCED LEGO ROBOTICS
This class will introduce advanced robot functions and programming to prepare kids for the FIRST LEGO League. Kids will build mechanical attachments and robot arms to do complex tasks. Advanced programming using senors will be taught to show how to make LEGO robots consistent and reliable. This class is targeted for children that have had an introduction to Legos or robotics. Class will use fun games and challenges to test our new skills.

BREAK AT THE BARN
Join us at the barn for day camp for children from 7 to 17 during school break. Campers will be taught basic safety practices, learn about horse behavior, practice handling horses and learn to care for the horses at the farm. We will teach your child how to handle horses on the ground and have riding lessons, if they choose. Our instructors will prepare children for riding by from the ground. We will provide campers with art materials so they may create keepsakes of their camp experience. An emphasis on creativity and art will allow campers to experiment and discover new talents as well as enjoy the simple life down on the farm. Register for just one day or all four.

LACROSSE MINI CLINIC
Participants at all skill levels are encouraged to attend this clinic.? Participants can learn the basic skills of lacrosse, throwing, catching and scooping the lacrosse ball, or improve basics to the next level. Drills and skills will be taught in a fun, encouraging environment with an emphasis on teamwork and good sportsmanship.? Participants need to provide their own lacrosse stick, mouth guard and water. Goggles will be provided.? Instructor will be Zack Smith, GRD Lacrosse Commissioner.

DAUGHTER/PARENT SOFTBALL THROW & CATCH
It?s always fun to have a relaxing throw & catch with your daughter, especially on a cold winter day. ?Feel free to join us at the Granville Intermediate School, Thursday the 27th from 10-11:30 and/or on Friday the 28th from 4-5:30. ?Just break out the ball gloves and enjoy some time with your daughter. ?No need to register, just drop by for a while.
